We offer free delivery on Level Step Pro orders nationwide across the UK, sent via Evri or DPD.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
We stand behind the quality of Level Step Pro, and as such, returns are accepted solely in circumstances where the product is found to be faulty. Level Step Pro is not eligible for return or refund on the basis of a simple change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing or material defect.
Should you believe your item to be faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please contact us at levelsteppro@outlook.com within this period, providing your order number together with a description (and, where possible, photographic evidence) of the fault you have identified. Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for return. Upon receipt of this information, we will advise you on how to proceed with returning the item to us.
Once the returned item has been received, it will be subject to a thorough internal inspection by our team in order to verify the presence and nature of the reported fault. Where a fault is confirmed upon inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Where no fault can be identified, or where the item is found to have been damaged through misuse, we reserve the right to decline the refund request, and the item will be returned to you.
Please note that the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the buyer in all circumstances, and Level Step Pro does not reimburse outbound return postage costs, irrespective of the outcome of the inspection.
Level Step Pro has been independently manufactured and tested to meet the requirements of the EN 131 European safety standard for portable ladders. This certification is intended to provide assurance regarding the structural integrity and safe working parameters of the product when used as directed. Nonetheless, it remains the responsibility of the user to carefully read, understand, and follow all safety labelling, instructions, and warnings affixed to the product prior to use, including but not limited to maximum load-bearing limits and correct setup procedures when using the ladder on staircases or uneven surfaces.
